It was a weird year for weather this fall… After getting a big snow storm back in September, I didn’t really know what to expect for Courtney and Aaron’s outdoor October wedding at Hawthorn Estates.
Thankfully the snow had all melted by the time their wedding rolled around, and while it was a bit chilly out, we were able to tough through it for their beautiful ceremony.
If you haven’t been to Hawthorn Estates since it was rebuilt (an unfortunate fire burnt the old one down in December 2016), its a gorgeous modern barn type venue, with beautiful rustic accents. It has everything that is really needed to host en entire wedding.
The wedding moved from outside on the beautiful Hawthorne Estates grounds, to inside the newly built “barn” for the reception.
Thanks for having me Courtney and Aaron, is was such an amazing day, and you guys were a blast to work with!
